Treencee Russell
Treencee has lived in Bellevue 21 years and been involved in the local soccer scene nearly as long. She and her husband, Jeremy, raised four sons on the Eastside. The family has worked here, gone to school here, and played the game at every youth level in this community. Midlakes United represents Treencee’s equal commitments to young players gaining strong experience and training and a desire to strengthen and bring together Bellevue’s diverse and beautiful community.

Heather Cotton
Heather has lived in the Greater Seattle area for over 20 years. She and her husband, Steve, raised two soccer-playing boys on the Eastside who were kicking balls before they could walk! Heather aims to continue supporting the soccer community by providing more opportunities for young adults to play at highly competitive levels. She is proud to be part of a club that fosters community, teamwork, and success both on and off the field.

Alain Pouilot
Originally from Quebec, Alain has called the Eastside home for over a decade. With more than 25 years of supply chain leadership experience, he brings operational and strategic expertise to Midlakes’ ownership group. Alain has spent years around the area’s youth soccer community because he and his wife have two teenage players, and he deeply appreciates the Eastside’s passion for the game. He is a strong believer in community building around local sports, so he was proud to be Midlakes’ very first season ticket holder.

Sy Hoekstra
Sy is a freelance writer, editor, and podcaster. He develops strategy for and manages Midlakes’ digital communications. He also writes and edits copy across all Midlakes’ channels. He knows his toddler’s daycare soccer program doesn’t make him a soccer dad, but he’ll get there.

HyAnne Neff
For almost 20 years, HyAnne has called the Eastside home. She and her husband, Bill, raised twins who spent much of their childhood on Bellevue soccer fields. HyAnne is an active and enthusiastic member of the Eastside community, supporting youth soccer, engaging with her school district, and volunteering across the region.

Margaret Vincent
Margaret brings a lifetime of soccer connections to Midlakes United. The daughter of a soccer-loving Dutch father, she spent countless hours halfway paying attention to her older brothers’ games, and now fully embraces being a soccer aunt of four college players. The vast majority of her professional life has been in corporate communications.

Riley Quarders
Riley is a Washington State University Marketing graduate and a former Oregon Tech men’s soccer player. With a passion for visual creativity, he works across graphic design, photography, and videography to bring ideas to life through clean, impactful visuals.
