Ryan FaithfulL
Ryan took the @soundersfc_academy U17 team to win the Generation Adidas cup championship in 2019. He has 16 years coaching experience with academy and professional teams in the US and New Zealand. In addition, Ryan has operated as a USSF scout and currently operates as a video analyst for USSF YNT.

ELmer Rodriguez
Elmer Rodriguez joins Midlakes United as Goalkeeper Coach, bringing extensive experience as both a player and coach at the semi-pro and college levels. Originally from Culver City, California, he has developed and led goalkeeper training programs for teams such as Snohomish Steelheads, Northwest University, Woodinville High School, and XF Premier Soccer Club.
With a strong background in player development, Coach Elmer specializes in improving technical skills, teamwork, and leadership. His experience as a goalkeeper at the semi-pro and college levels gives him a deep understanding of the position, allowing him to create effective and engaging training sessions. Committed to fostering a competitive and supportive environment, he is dedicated to helping Midlakes United goalkeepers reach their full potential.

George Singh
George played soccer at all levels around Seattle, from youth and semiprofessional teams in the USISL (a USL precursor), to the Pacific Coast League, to the A-League-era Sounders. He has developed Seattle-area talent as a coach for many years, including in the U.S. Soccer Development Academy and the ECNL. He spent 15 years at Seattle United, where he was one of the original directors.

David Griffiths
David is an experienced soccer executive, coach, and program leader with a career spanning grassroots to elite player development across the U.S. and U.K. Originally from Cardiff, Wales, he currently serves as a director at Pac NW Soccer Club, where he oversees programming and community initiatives. He has UEFA and USSF B licenses and has held key roles with Seattle United, SYSA, Washington Youth Soccer, and the Sounders.

Seyti Sidibay
Seyti was born and raised in Saudi Arabia until the age of 12 and speaks both Arabic and Mandingo. He played semiprofessional soccer in Norway and has been coaching for 13 years. His experience includes the Sounders Futures program and Pac NW. A USSF A-licensed coach, Seyti spent last year as the head coach of division rivals FC Olympia. He’s currently the head coach at Washington Premier FC.
