2026 Technical Staff

Ryan took the @soundersfc_academy U17 team to win the Generation Adidas cup championship in 2019. He has 16 years coaching experience with academy and professional teams in the US and New Zealand. In addition, Ryan has operated as a USSF scout and currently operates as a video analyst for USSF YNT.

Shaun Spencer has over 20 years of professional soccer coaching experience across the UPSL, MLS NEXT, and all three levels of the English football League. He also educates and develops other Coaches nationwide through the US Soccer Federation and Washington Youth Soccer. He brings a wealth of professional insight and a modern, player-centered approach to Midlakes United’s technical staff.
