Felix Vu
Felix Vu is an experienced soccer coach, leading Indian Hills Community College to a Region and District Championship and earning a 9th place national ranking in NJCAA D1. His team set multiple school records, and he was named Region 11 and Midwest District Coach of the Year. Felix has also coached at Ferrum College (NCAA D3), leading the team to their first winning conference season and post-season appearance, and at Wenatchee Valley College.
As a player, Felix excelled at Alderson Broaddus University (NCAA D2), where his team won the 2016 Conference Championship. He also played in the UPSL and MASL 2, as well as in Australia’s state leagues. Felix’s head coaching record stands at 22-14-7.

Ryan Faithful
Ryan took the @soundersfc_academy U17 team to win the Generation Adidas cup championship in 2019. He has 16 years coaching experience with academy and professional teams in the US and New Zealand. In addition, Ryan has operated as a USSF scout and currently operates as a video analyst for USSF YNT.

ELmer Rodriguez
Elmer Rodriguez joins Midlakes United as Goalkeeper Coach, bringing extensive experience as both a player and coach at the semi-pro and college levels. Originally from Culver City, California, he has developed and led goalkeeper training programs for teams such as Snohomish Steelheads, Northwest University, Woodinville High School, and XF Premier Soccer Club.
With a strong background in player development, Coach Elmer specializes in improving technical skills, teamwork, and leadership. His experience as a goalkeeper at the semi-pro and college levels gives him a deep understanding of the position, allowing him to create effective and engaging training sessions. Committed to fostering a competitive and supportive environment, he is dedicated to helping Midlakes United goalkeepers reach their full potential.

Sybren Russell
Sybren played 4 years with UCCS, with 2 years on the team leadership group and repping the team on the Student Athlete Advisory Committee. His D license is pending and he should have it by opening day in May! Sybren has first-hand experience in the current college soccer world of our players.
